I have posted Broxel on flashgamelicense.com. So far it has gotten great feedback. it’s already received 2 bids, it’s featured in the developer’s spotlight, and it’s also going in the “top games” email newsletter!

I also would like to apologize for the lack of updates. I have needed some time to catch up on some other things. This last week has been dedicated to taking care of all the things I neglected while I was finishing Broxel.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the first official Catface Games release will be coming out on Monday! I have been working with a few friends to work the last few kinks out and try to get some stuff balanced out.

Thanks for hanging in there! I’ll get a few tutorials written in the upcoming weeks. I’ve been spending all of my free time on this game, so I apologize for the lack up updates.

Stay tuned!

Project Update

Just a quick update on the latest game project. I have finally completed 40 levels for the starter pack of the game, and I optimized the hell out of the Level Editor. I still need to finish the Powerups menu and finish the scoreboard tally screen. After that, I will be submitting the game to First Impressions by Flash Game License. If all continues to go as planned, I would expect to see a Beta version up by the end of this coming weekend! :D

Stay tuned!

I hate blog posts saying stuff like ‘sorry about the lack of posts’ but… It’s been over a week, so I wanted to give any readers a heads-up as to what’s going on.

Catface Games is in the final stages of completing it’s first game. I have been working closely with the CFG artist and QA crew to iron out a few final details, polish up the graphics, tweak level design, game balance, etc…

Anyways, between real life work, monitoring Catface Arcade, and trying to finish up the game, I haven’t had much free time to do anything else. Not even cleaning… my desk has a mountain of Mountain Dew bottles on it o_O
